Submission Guidelines
The Visting Room is an initiative to introduce incarcerated men and women to the power of writing as a healing and empowerment tool. To Submit stories to The Visiting Room please adhere to the following guidelines: Type writtendouble-spaced stories are preferred but handwritten submissions will be accepted, they must be spaced at least one line between sentences. Please limit profanity within your stories. Narratives reinforcing homophophia, sexism and other forms of oppression will not be considered.
